Liability Waiver:
Massage or any of our services is not suitable for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Certain medical conditions are not safe or treatment would need to be modified. Examples include: high blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes, surgeries (include past surgeries) , skin condition, headaches. By placing your name below "I affirm that I alone am responsible for my well being and it is my decision to receive massage or services from Kneaded Bliss Massage Therapy and Wellness, LLC. If there is any question or concern I will see my doctor beforehand. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Kneaded Bliss Massage Therapy and Wellness, LLC, and all locations. Because massage/bodywork should not be performed under certain medical conditions, I affirm that I will/have stated all known medical conditions and I agree to keep the practitioner updated as any changes in my medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner's part should I fail to do so.
Our Policies
Scheduling:
Scheduling at your appointment is preferred.
New Clients: Call before scheduling 484-734-8822
Existing clients: Schedule online or by texting 484-734-8822
We receive the right to terminate any appointment where as we feel massage will not benefit the client, or if the therapist does not feel safe.
We reserve the right to not schedule with any client of which we feel massage would do harm, or we would not feel safe.
Appointments:
We can only schedule one session at a time.
Couples may schedule back to back sessions.
Payments:
We accept Cash, and Gift Cards at the time of the appointment.
For using credit cards, visa, master card, discover card, American express are accepted before the time of session - there is a $5 fee for cc processing.
If you are running late:
When getting a massage, time should not be a stress. If we are able to give you the full time, we will. Sometimes we are able to adjust our schedule, so if you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We do schedule time in-between sessions. However we also use that time to prepare for our next client. If we are not able to adjust the schedule, your session will be shortened.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in the service price. It is a way to thank the therapist for quality work. Most people tip between $10 and $20 for service. If adding a gratuity to the cost of massage means its too much for you to come in, we would rather you come in and not worry about a gratuity. Our quality of service will always be the best that we can offer.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment you must give us 24 hours notice or you will be billed for the full price of service. In true emergency, we waive this policy.
